When am I charged?
Your payment method is charged when your order ships. For orders with multiple shipments, you are charged per shipment.
Where do I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in Account → Orders. You can download PDF invoices for any completed order.
Is my card information stored?
Market Express never stores your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We store only a secure token returned by Stripe for convenience re-use.
